Carbon Steel Welded Pipe (CSWP3) – Administrative Review Concluded

On March 27, 2026, the CBSA concluded an administrative review concerning the normal values and export prices applicable to carbon steel welded pipe (CSWP3 2025 UP1). Importers of carbon steel welded pipe should review the updated normal values to ensure accurate duty assessments on future shipments.

Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG1) – Expiry Review Determination

On March 25, 2026, the CBSA published its statement of reasons for the expiry review determination concerning certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG1 2025 ER) under paragraph 76.03(7)(a) of the Special Import Measures Act. This determination addresses whether anti-dumping and countervailing duties on these goods should continue.

Truck Bodies – Preliminary Determinations on Dumping and Subsidizing

The Canadian Society of Customs Brokers (CSCB) has flagged issues reported by members with the Order in Council (OIC) codes provided in Customs Notice 26-07 concerning the Steel Derivative Goods Surtax Remission Order.
